The location was excellent, right by the pub next door and where reasonably priced food, and the free parking was an excellent bonus. The breakfast was nice hot and delicious and had a good choice of options - toast, cereals and fruit.

Freezing rooms made for an uncomfortable night, though the carvery meals were good.

I found the room nice and clean, and the hotel staff were all cute were good.5 km from Cannock Chase for some lovely city strolls and park views, perfect for my weekend explorations. I appreciated the security measures that required room keys for access was nice.

The breakfast was incredible! Fresh pastries and plenty of hot options. the room was a bit cramped for our family. a decent stay experience. 😊

Good room, good location, with a clean family room that's well equipped and a great pub attached to the hotel where we enjoyed breakfast.

We had a fantastic stopover after a long day at the theme park, and the cozy family room was perfect for all of us. The kids loved the play area in the garden, and we enjoyed relaxing on the patio with a warm drink. Just a heads up, there was only one bath towel per person, but it didn't spoil our great time! 😊

Stayed at marston's inns for the second time and it was lovely! They really accommodated our request for lower level rooms. Our family meet-up was lit, especially since the kids had a safe space to play. The food was delicious with lots of choices.

The staff were friendly, but the restaurant could use a little refresh as it looked tired and could benefit from a good clean.
